We specialize in adult learning, adult education approaches and engaging adults in participatory learning through experiential learning techniques.

We are a group of senior experienced executives (subject matter experts - SMEs), with integrated background, diversified with “best in class” expertise and hands-on experience in various key domains of the modern workplace.

We represent and deliver in key strategic areas in “financial services” industry and multinational organizations in a non-traditional manner, based on best-practices in the key industries we serve.

Our set-up is driven by the latest research findings in the region, defining key gaps in the area of learning and development as; lack of quality materials, not based on hands-on experience; lack of quality teachers with hands-on, industry-specific experience; and lack of Arabic/English quality presenters…

Our Methodology

Generally, we use for all our programs a matrix of 3x3 dimensions across "x" being the level of the program (basic, intermediate or advanced) and "Y" being the level of the participants (entry, intermediate or seniors).

We use very interactive modules, with hands-on experience and practical best-practices approaches.

We integrate concepts through internationally-certified coaches from top sports fields to move techniques from the court to the board…! Leading to establishing work-life balance and overall leadership qualities that are well tested… We also have within our team, qualified physicians, psychologists, and psychiatrists that include best techniques to handle difficult people in the work place and overcome situations of conflicts and stress, as part of our “highly-developed” approaches and solutions – yet simple and scientific – for performance optimization and organizational development interactive workshops…
